It’s awards season and Pinewood is proud to congratulate our very own Ian Tapp who is amongst the team nominated for Best Sound on Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, alongside Sound24’s Glenn Freemantle and Niv Adiri.
Pinewood’s post production team also worked on Ken Loach’s critically acclaimed I, Daniel Blake, which has multiple nominations in the Best Film, Outstanding British Film, Director, Original Screenplay and Supporting Actress categories.
Doctor Strange which was shot at Shepperton and utilised the services of Pinewood Digital and Pinewood Creative has been nominated in the Production Design, Make Up & Hair and Special Visual Effects categories.
Pinewood Digital also worked on Florence Foster Jenkins, which is nominated for Supporting Actor, Leading Actress, Costume Design and Make Up & Hair accolades.
Rogue One, which was shot at Pinewood, is nominated for the Make Up & Hair and Special Visual Effects BAFTAs.
The EE British Academy Film Awards take place on Sunday 12th February at the Royal Albert Hall and will be broadcast on BBC1.
