Alan Clarke, Mitzi Hill and Bruce Siegal, members of the Entertainment, Sports and Media team at Taylor English, have begun a new venture with an accounting firm and a company specializing in financial planning for professional athletes and artists to give a “one-stop shop” to celebrity clients for business, financial and legal advice.
These premier providers will offer clients education as well as services to help them avoid possible pitfalls so many companies and individuals in the sports and entertainment industries make. Their focus is to make sure that production, talent and athletes retain as much of their income as possible and assist them in setting themselves up for their long-term business and income.
The kickoff event was held at City Tap House in Midtown in early November.
The two groups joining Taylor English are Scarlet Oaks Financial Services (Financial planning, with owner Faye Sykes and former UNC and pro basketball player Kevin Salvadori) and Marshall Jones (CPA/ tax consulting with its managers Susan Hopkins and Kristen Hughes)
