Kalynn’s path to film began in hospitality at The Ritz-Carlton, where she refined her expertise in guest services, logistics, and sales. This experience led her to the entertainment industry in 2017, when travel coordinator Ashley Saunders invited her to join the blockbuster project “Rampage” as a Travel Assistant. From that moment, Kalynn found her calling in production travel coordination, where her ability to manage complex schedules, anticipate challenges, and deliver exceptional support quickly set her apart.
Over the years, Kalynn has played a vital role in high-profile productions such as “Venom,” “Reservation Dogs” (Season 1), “She-Hulk,” “The Out-Laws,” “Echo,” “The Bondsman,” and “Peacemaker” (Season 2). She has collaborated with top studios including Marvel, FX, Netflix, Blumhouse TV, HBO, and Live Nation, often managing global logistics for teams in locations as diverse as Rome, Abu Dhabi, Boston, and right here in Georgia. Each project demands flexibility and quick problem-solving, yet Kalynn continues to thrive under the fast-paced and ever-changing conditions of the industry.
