Since its inception in 2010, The Women In My World has experienced remarkable growth, establishing itself as a leading voice for Christian women seeking to make their mark in entertainment while maintaining their faith foundation.
Major Accomplishments Over Past 24 Months:
The organization has successfully launched multiple groundbreaking initiatives under its three-pillar mission of discipleship, education, and employment. Most notably, The Women In My World is currently in post‑production on A Lady In Defiance, an exciting dramatic audio series based on the best-selling book series “Romance in the Rockies,” that exemplifies the organization’s commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for women of faith in entertainment.
This ambitious audio drama project has put 15 women to work in a variety of professional capacities, including voice acting, music composition, writing, production, and marketing roles. The series represents a significant milestone in demonstrating how faith-based content can provide real employment opportunities while producing high-quality, uplifting entertainment.
Beyond A Lady In Defiance, the organization is set to launch a comprehensive mentorship program and educational workshops focused on entertainment industry skills, to add to its robust network connecting women of faith with professional opportunities across film, television, digital media, and audio production.
