“Having worked extensively in both Los Angeles and Georgia, I’ve seen firsthand how collaboration can elevate the entire industry,” said Jezlan Moyet, president of Georgia Entertainment. “Each market brings its own strengths, from Georgia’s production infrastructure to Los Angeles’ global reach and together they form a powerful creative network to develop a project from script to screen. By fostering connection over competition, we can strengthen the national ecosystem and create lasting opportunities for talent and storytelling across both coasts.”
Timed alongside AFM, the event was at capacity with finance executives, legal experts, accounting professionals and filmmakers. Between the networking, partners shared thoughts about collaborative initiatives across geography, service offerings and event monetization outlets. Featured speakers included Billy Gabor of Company 3, Daniel Willett of ABS Payroll & Accounting, Kelsey Schulz of Schulz Entertainment Law and John Thomas of Element CPA.
“We follow our audience and Georgia’s presence at major industry events worldwide is essential and especially on the West Coast,” said Randy Davidson, founder and CEO of Georgia Entertainment. “These activations allow us to showcase the state’s unique offerings while supporting filmmakers from Georgia and storytellers located around the globe.”
