Reimagine: Contemporary Georgia Artists – Steffen Thomas Museum of Art, Buckhead, GA

Reimagine: Georgia Contemporary Artists opened on April 19, 2026, at Steffen Thomas Museum of Art.  This traveling exhibit is sponsored by the Georgia Council for the Arts and features 20 curated pieces from the State Art Collection, in addition to a juried selection of work from local artists in Covington, Eatonton, and Madison.

The exhibit is hosted by the Steffen Thomas Museum of Art in collaboration with Southern Heartland Art Gallery, The Artisans Village Art Guild, and the Madison Artists Guild. This exhibit is free to the public through May 29th. This curated display showcases the breadth and diversity of artistic expression across our state, offering a unique perspective on Georgia’s cultural heritage.
