Inspired by true events, Withdrawal follows two star-crossed artists, Viv, a passionate singer-songwriter, and Jay, a rebellious street painter, who are trapped in a codependent cycle of heroin addiction. When Viv’s parents threaten to send her to rehab, the couple decides to withdrawal from the drug overnight in a last-ditch attempt to save their relationship. What follows is a raw, harrowing, and unexpectedly hilarious examination of love, addiction, and the lies we tell ourselves.
This event will feature a different community host at every show, giveaways, limited edition DVDs of the film, and a Q and A with the cast and crew.
