AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2018, of $0.20 per share on shares of Class A and Class B common stock, its nineteenth consecutive dividend since the Company’s initial public offering. The dividend is payable in cash on December 26, 2018, to shareholders of record on December 10, 2018.
