A creative culture attracts creative people, pure and simple. But how do we know that the state of Georgia is a “creative state”? And how does a state like Georgia go about establishing and maintaining such a culture?
Some of the UK’s top film and TV studios have raised concerns with Culture Secretary Lucy Frazer over a property tax bombshell that this week put the breaks on Sunset Studios’ major expansion into the British market.
