Exciting news for doc lovers: The SCAD Savannah Film Festival and The Hollywood Reporter have selected 10 top documentary features from 2018 that will be represented by their directors at this year’s edition of the fest’s celebrated “Docs to Watch Panel” — which will be presented by THR and moderated by yours truly for the fifth consecutive year — at SCAD’s Lucas Theatre on the afternoon of Sunday, Oct. 28.

TV One announced that production is underway in Atlanta, Georgia for the original film, DEADLY DISPATCH, starring Tamala Jones (Castle), Dominique Perry (Insecure) and Rapper Bone Crusher (ATL). The film is slated to premiere on TV One in 2019.
