On Set Mental Health is a groundbreaking nonprofit project dedicated to addressing mental health and wellness in the entertainment industry. Led by CEO Tara Nichols and Project Lead Lishers Mahone, the project offers a comprehensive “Take 8” approach to developing mental health crisis and suicide prevention strategies for production teams. Services include c onducting gap analyses of productions to identify potential stressors, providing project assessment reports, implementing targeted intervention strategies, scheduling and implementing accessible support services both on and off set and offering clinical advisement for integrating mental health considerations into production safety protocols.
