If you drive through Warren County and don’t think bright lights and feature films, then you’re not alone. But you might also want to take a second look, because believe it or not the film industry here is taking off.
“There’s definitely two that are gonna be filming this year and possibly another three next year. Definitely to next year,” said Tammy Carden with the Warren County Film Office.
Tammy Carden, the one spearheading this little Hollywood, says she’s already had a total of 7 scouts come out to look at different places to shoot. These scouts are interested in shooting everything from old buildings, wooded areas, and fields to the 50’s style street signs unique to Warrenton.
“One is going to be using the school itself the school auditorium,” said Carden.
