A new movie starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence will film in the Atlanta area in April, Patch has learned.
“Bad Boys For Life” will be the third installment of the popular police-buddies franchise, which has grossed more than $200 million.
While there are no details yet on specific parts, it’s a given that a casting call will be sent out for local talent.
The first “Bad Boys,” about two loose-cannon cops — Mike Lowery (Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) — debuted in U.S. theaters 22 years ago. It was produced by Michael Bay.
