[S]3 is announcing their new summer film camp program — S3filmcamp.com, where [S]TEM + [S]STORY = [S]UCCESS! Please help promote and share this with family and friends!
They created the program after the successful [S]3StudentSuperShorts.com contest last fall and are hoping to reach students 10+ across the region to build excitement and skills that will deepen the filmmaking ecosystem in Savannah.
They have brought together local STEM educators and industry professionals — including those in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, the Savannah Area Film Office and Georgia Film Academy, as well as some outside the area.
Special thanks to Rodney Dickey of River Oak Film Studios for offering to house the camps at his new facility. Alliance members Bo Bowen, Beth Nelson, Katie Schuck, Nikki Parenti, John Grace, Deborah Hargroves, Lawrence Staab and Mary Ann Rogers Lamberth have supported and helped to shape [S]3 Film Camp.
