The Southeastern Conference Football Championship Game will be held in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium through at least 2031, it was announced Thursday by the SEC, AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) and the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA).
Commissioner of Baseball Robert D. Manfred, Jr. announced that Major League Baseball has awarded the 2025 All-Star Game Presented by Mastercard and accompanying All-Star Week events to the Atlanta Braves.
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp noted: “Georgia is proud to welcome U.S. Soccer’s new headquarters and looks forward to working alongside them to build a new home for American soccer players and fans. For many decades, sports have been an essential part of Georgia’s history and culture.”
