There is no minimum spending requirement, but some categories – including documentary films and instructional videos – don’t qualify. A portion of the funding is allocated to the state’s post-production tax credit, which offers a 30% reimbursement on post-production costs incurred in New York City, and 35% upstate.
Due to confidentially agreements, the film is being coded as ‘El Dorado’, but according to production weekly, the film has been confirmed the working title for: Suicide Squad 2.

The Georgia event kicks off Oct. 26 with opening night film “The Aeronauts,” directed by Tom Harper, and closed Nov. 2 with a gala screening of Mr. Rogers biopic “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood,” directed by Marielle Heller and starring Tom Hanks.

It was announced last year, before Franklin’s death, that singer and actress Hudson would play the role of the Queen of Soul. The actress, who an Oscar for her work in 2006’s Dreamgirls, was handpicked by Franklin.
