Are you a Georgia-based filmmaker with a story to tell and looking for funding to help bring it to life? We’re excited to share that Trilith Institute has launched a Fiscal Sponsorship program designed to help emerging and independent creators like you!
As a fiscal sponsor, Trilith Institute offers a way for filmmakers to maximize the funds they raise under our nonprofit umbrella, while maintaining full creative and editorial control of their projects. We’re using the industry-standard “Pre-Approved Grant Relationship” model, which is ideal for film and media projects.

✅ 7% admin fee (lower than many national programs)
✅ Based here in Georgia and run by people who understand your work
✅ Keep full ownership of your film
Eligibility Highlights:
🎥 Georgia-based producer or director
📍 Project must be developed, shot, and post-produced in Georgia
📊 Budget between $25,000–$500,000
👨👩👧👦 Must be PG/family-friendly content
📁 In any stage: development, production, post, or distribution
