After 11 days of film screenings and events, drawing nearly 30,000 attendees, the 43rd annual Atlanta Film Festival (ATLFF) drew to a close last month marking a record year in terms of film submissions and attendance.

Inaugural Tubman African American Film Festival coming to Macon

5th SSU Indie Film Fest Details

SSU Indie Film Fest will be holding their 5th annual film festival April 16 – 18 on the campus of Savannah State University (SSU) campus and downtown Savannah’s Beach Institute. All events are free and open to the public including the celebration’s anticipated awards finale.

Montana lawmakers push for tax credit for film industry

The bill would give a 20% income tax credit on all production expenses made in Montana, but production companies would have to spend at least $350,000 before receiving the credit. It would also require production companies to put a Montana promotion in their film.
